By signing up with Cohen Gray Connections, you’ll receive personalized matchmaking services, including interviews, evaluations, and strategic matchmaking support tailored to identify your ideal partner. All clients must provide accurate and truthful information. Misrepresentation may result in service termination without a refund.
Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use. To request a membership hold, a written notice is required. Please note that all fees—including application, membership, and service charges—are non-refundable.
Match timelines vary. While some clients may connect quickly, others may take more time depending on preferences, compatibility, and membership tier.
Clients are expected to treat their matches with courtesy and respect. Missed meetings or lack of communication may result in suspension or termination of services.
Clients may be required to complete a background check through appropriate authorities, such as the RCMP in Canada or local equivalents in the U.S. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
All personal information shared during matchmaking services must remain confidential. Sharing proprietary or internal company information is strictly prohibited.
We welcome constructive feedback and improvement suggestions. Both parties agree to avoid making disparaging or harmful public remarks. This does not limit the sharing of truthful information when legally required.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Cohen Gray Connections reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or for any behavior deemed inappropriate or detrimental to our community. Refunds will not be provided in these instances.
Some membership plans include a one-time option to pause or freeze your membership for up to six (6) months. Requests must be submitted in writing and are only valid once confirmed by our team.
